About meHaving previously worked at Cardiff University Students’ Union in the Student Voice department, I developed a unique insight on how to approach obtaining and analysing student feedback in HE, working in partnership with the University to enhance student engagement and experience through different campaigns and events.
I have also worked as a strategic Insight Consultant for a word leading, customer science company, dunnhumby ltd., analysing and understanding customer behaviour, advising FMCG companies on how to enhance the customer journey and experience.
I enjoy looking for ways to continuously improve and develop the experience of a service provided.
When I’m not at work, I am doing classes in the gym, taking my dog to the beach for long walks, watching rugby and drinking good coffee when out for brunch with friends on the weekend.
