Our dedicated catering team are committed to reducing the risk to students, staff and visitors with regard to the provision of food for those with food allergies and food intolerance.
Our food is carefully prepared in a traditional way in our kitchens. We apply strict control measures in order to reduce the risk of allergen cross-contamination, however, please be aware that the kitchens do handle food containing all 14 major allergens. Our staff are trained in applying allergen cross-contamination control measures and are able to assist you in making safe food choices.
