We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our students, staff and community. When we return to campus, catering facilities will follow current social distancing measures as directed by Welsh Government and physical distancing will be supported with floor markings, signage and screens. Dedicated Health and Safety Officers on both Cyncoed and Llandaff campuses will also be available, providing guidance and advice.
Catered accommodation includes breakfast and dinner 7 days a week during term time!
How it works?
All meals will be taken in the K1 restaurant.
Simply turn up at meal times and present your smart phone using the Met Rewards app.
Breakfast is served from 8am – 10.30am
Dinner is served from 4.30pm - 7.00pm
These times may be adjusted for your convenience during exam periods.

Fruit juice, tea, coffee with either a continental breakfast or any 5 items from our hot breakfast menu.

A soup and main course OR main course and dessert.

What is on the menu
The most important meal of the day – Choose from a 5 item cooked breakfast to a continental breakfast. You will always find something to kick-start your day.
Fruit juice, tea or coffee
Plus any 5 of the following:
Sausage (meat or vegetarian)
Eggs (fried or scrambled, poached on request)
Cereal selection with milk
A selection of fruit
Toast with butter or preserve
Select from a two-course dinner with a choice of 3 main courses that include a vegetarian or vegan option with a choice of seasonal fresh vegetables and potatoes. Your meal comes with a choice of tea, coffee, soft drink or water.
